2.2The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.
2.3We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.
3.1Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in any work product created during an engagement shall be assigned to the client upon full payment.
3.2We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during engagements, and to reference completed work in our portfolio (subject to confidentiality obligations).
3.3The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.1Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for the delivery of services.
4.2Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to engage our services and to provide any materials or access required.
4.3Timely feedback and approvals are essential to project delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.
5.1Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices.
5.2Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
5.3We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
6.1Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
6.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
6.3Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6.4Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
7.1We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7.2This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
8.1Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement.
8.2Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
8.3We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services at any time without notice.
